Happy Easter from Your Wardrobe and Imagefingerprint

Happy Easter to you and your loved ones. Like Christmas people celebrate the Easter season for various reasons. Like Christmas, Jesus is the main reason for observing Easter. While this is so, there is the commercial side of the celebrations and along with it comes sales, giveaways, chocolates and may I say, more chocolates and of course the Easter Bunny.

I had the idea to make the Crocheted, Easter Baskets you are seeing in the photos and was encouraged to also record the instructions via video. You can now try your hands at making them yourself. The baskets not only hold candy and other chocolates, really well they also help display some of our lovely products.

Instructions For Making the Baskets

  • 10 Chain Stitches made into a loop
  • 40 Double Crochet (DC) in loop
  • 40 DC in DC for five (5) Rows
  • Chain Stich from one side of the basket to the other and fasten with a Slip Stich to the side
  • DC in each chain to form the handle of the basket
