Good eyesight is part of a healthy you
Another key to your health and wellness is having good eyesight. In October the world celebrated World Sight Day and to commemorate the occasion we worked on a pretty neat weekend project which we are really proud of. Just check out this cute teddy sporting his reading glasses, crocheted reading glasses at that and to complement Mr. Teddy’s glasses is a beautifully crocheted book cover.
Your eyesight is important and we wanted to encourage people to get their eyes tested. It is recommended that you get your eyes tested every two (2) years and if you have children wearing glasses they should be taken to get theirs tested as well. More and more children are using computers and other mobile devices and these take a toll on their eyes. This is evident by the increasing numbered of children you see daily who are wearing eyeglasses.
Below, listed just for you are some tips to help you keep your eyes healthy. If you want more information you can visit the National Eye Institute by clicking on the link below the tips.
