Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale
- White or light-coloured products, as these may soil easily
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
- Exchanges are limited to the same item originally purchased
- Exchanges are subject to availability

Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
We are not responsible for damage reported after this timeframe or where sufficient information is not provided to assess the claim.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
- A credit will be applied to your original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
Return Shipping Costs
- If a return or exchange is required due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
- If a return is due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If a refund is approved in these cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
