SHIPPING POLICY

1. ABOUT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

There are restrictions as it pertains to shipping to certain geographical locations.

We do try to highlight which items and or countries we are unable to ship products to and we will use your IP address to determine your location.

2. FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

We are happy to ship your products via Registered Mail for safety, using international aviation shipments, from Piarco International Airport, Trinidad and Tobago via the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST).

All packages are registered, as a result please allow two (2) to three ( 3) weeks for delivery straight to your door.

Shipping can be expedited via FedEx or DHL at the customer’s request and the cost would depend on the shipping provider and the cost would be paid for by the customer. Via this method items take about a week to arrive depending on location and service provider’s work load.

3. LOCAL SHIPPMENTS AND COURIER SERVICES

Need your order in a hurry? Using the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST) Courier service, we will ship your order/s to you. Prior to the Pandemic, orders shipped usually arrived the same day shipment arrivals is now based on the service providers work load and logistic challenges. The cost of this service starts at a shipping cost of Seven United States Dollars ($7.00)US and is dependent, on the volume of goods and size of “Track Pack” or shipping envelope provided by the provider, which may be needed.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE MY PAYMENT?

Once your payment has been verified, your order is shipped in two business days. You will be provided with a tracking number. We at Your Wardrobe monitor your item through the service provider to ensure that it arrives safely.
