Local Shipments and Courier Services
For local deliveries within Trinidad and Tobago, we use the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) Courier Service or other reliable courier services when necessary.
Prior to the pandemic, some local orders arrived the same day. Currently, delivery times may vary based on the service provider’s workload and logistical conditions.
Courier services may require the use of a Track Pack or shipping envelope supplied by the provider, depending on the size and volume of your order.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped using trusted postal and courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details where available.
Please note:
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be applied by your home country upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing Time
Once your payment has been verified, your order is typically processed and shipped within two (2) business days.
We carefully prepare each handmade item to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
